The heater starts up…runs for approximately 90 seconds then goes into the cool down cycle. I get the below message from my Altox app

Genuine burner and pump or aftermarket? It's critical the correct dosing pump is fitted!

The fault code relates to either a failed fuel delivery, blocked air intake, or more commonly a problem with the glow plug/electrical side.

If you run the heater you should be able to hear the pump solenoid cycling once that phase of the start sequence begins. You can pull of the fuel feed to the heater to confirm the fuel pulses are present.
But, if the heater detects a problem with the electrical side it will not allow fuel to be pumped!
If you have a diagnostic tool such as GAP you can also test run the pump independently to confirm it's operation.

Webasto (WTT) comprehensive diagnostics download (Windows) is freely available here on the site, and the K line adaptor and other connections will be available either here or elsewhere. Have a look here. https://www.disco3.co.uk/wiki/Fuel_Burning_Heater

Both genuine items.
Yes you can hear the pump ticking also if I remove the fuel pipe at the heater drops of diesel slowly pulse out.
I’ve tested with the IID diagnostics tool and it all checks out Banging Head Banging Head

Seems to be either an electrical connection fault or the glow plug! Webasto diagnostics is your best route as IID is very limited.

I think you need to get the software and a run this on it to see if that shows a more detailed error.

scroll down this page to download it.
