| Rear seats won't fold on 2007 LR3 |
|
I have a 2007 5 seat 2007 LR3 on passengerside rear large seat there are no straps to release the latch
Any ideas please!

Many moons ago I successfully bent a piece of welding rod and fished down the back of the cushion, caught the strap that was snagged and pulled it up. I suppose you could try with a wire coat hanger.

Thank you. Unfortunately there are no straps. I need to figure out a way of releasing the catch so I can add new straps
Any suggestions would be appreciated

I have folding rear seats and no strap.
But to fold the seats you don't need any straps you use the 2 handles.
top of the seat pull up the handle 1 then when the seat back is down on the side of the seat is another handle 2 pull this up and the seat base will lift up at the back folding forwards.
