hi all
bulb went in the passenger side low beam
changed bulb but now the low beam stays on all the time
changed bulbs again and same result
beam stays on without key in ignition
anybody seen this before

How long are you leaving it for - are you sure it is not the 'see your way home' feature? Turn the lights off and then turn the ignition off - see if it goes off then.

Double check cable plug is going on the right way up and that earth is being made properly as well.
then
Reset all by removing the negative lead of the battery first, then the positive, count to 10, touch them together, wait another few seconds, reconnect positive, reconnect earth.
hope that helps otherwise its time to look at the circuit diagrams TDV6
