Help! Height sensor outside of allowed range

Hello All. The suspension on my 2014 D4 has been completely overhauled with new shocks, blocks and height sensors. The garage that has done the work used my IID tool to recalibrate but when trying to recalibrate the osf it always returned an E0 code.

I emailed Gap and they advised this probably means that one sensor is outside the permitted range. When you look at the screenshot it does indeed look like that is the case. The sensors have been switched left to right but the error is still there on the osf.

Any ideas what is causing this out of range reading??

Thanks Mike but what causes it? Faulty unit? Faulty wiring?

I had a similar problem, a visit to the main dealer sorted this.
Don't know how they fixed it sadly, but I asked them to recalibrate the suspension to factory specs, and they did.
