D3 Amp under driver seat

Hi,

Does anyone know what wires do what on the back of the amp? I was hoping one was for Bluetooth or phone as I wanted to disable as radio constantly cuts out saying either "phone connected" or "phone removed".

Thanks,
John

They’re power, electrical wires to the speakers and optical cables (one in direction in, one in direction out).

The amp (and the BT module) are both part of the MOST (optical) ring and utilize fiber to communicate with the next node on the ring. The BT module is originally located behind the right hand side panels in the trunk. Says Nokia on it.

IF you want to bypass the BT module you need to make the MOST ring whole. If it is left open, nothing will work. Many have upgraded the D3 BT module to a D4 BT module which is 1:1 compatible.
