P244A PDF differential pressure sensor low

Hi All

Helping my dad with his D4, check engine light on, out with the Solus Pro, and we read the fault code P244a. We found that the rubber pipes from the sensor to the DPF had failed, replaced the pipes, started the car and appeared ok. Went for a 10 minute test drive and the error came back. We tried a forced regeneration, which seemed to succeed according the the Solus Pro (although it was within a few seconds), with it saying the soot level was below the minimum limit. Cleared the codes following the proceedure, continued the drive and the error came back. Tried it again same result. I had a look at the data and it seemed to show a reading of 0.33-0.34v continually. Error doesnt come back instantly, seems to occur after 5-10 minutes of driving. Doesnt seem to occur on idle. Value doesnt seem to change much from idle - we're hoping that the sensor is faulty... Anyone have any advice to help us check?

Thanks
Dave
