Looking for part number EPB wiring harness
Hi guys and greetings from sunny Berlin. My handbrake is not working and cannot be accessed
in the GAP tool. Technically everything is new so far: the complete brake system of the rear axle
has been replaced. I now suspect that the circuit board in the EPB is broken. I have had my
EPB module replaced and unfortunately there is still no communication with the vehicle.
I now suspect the cause is a ground fault or cable break somewhere between the module and the
control unit.
On parts.jaguarlandroverclassic I wanted to find out the spare part number for the whole line but
I can't find it. I've searched everything under Body Electrics..
If anyone can help me and has the part number to hand, I would be very pleased.
Many thanks, Kai

i think there was a TSB that stated the power supply cable breaks at the rear of the car, (probably near the rear left of the wheel arch)
So check you have power at the EPB. (thick wires) (ensure it can take a load).
Invistigate any joints in this wire at the rear and redo them. 2 wires into 1 wire.

Thanks Pete for this tip, I will look into it. Left rear is also independent of whether it is right or left hand drive, right?
I would still like to find out the part number for the wiring harness if anyone knows it LR3 4.4 V8 HSE
