Transnsmision Fault TDV6 D3

Hi All,
I've noticed a few times that whan engine cold that gear upshift can be a bit clunky from 1st to 2nd to 3rd but after a few mins it becomes nice, smooth and quiet. No faults or messages displayed.
Yesterday my wife told me that when starting from warm that she lost power after just starting off on a slight hill, The rev counter however was responding but there was no power to the wheels. Display on this occasion did say transmission fault. Car was stoped and restarted and every thing seemed normal again. Any ideas?

common issue is that

the gear linkage under the car, needs loosing, lubricating

There is a bush that you should replace or rotate
