Just about to take delivery of a D3 after a 200 300 TD5 I just can't find anything more practical, anyway I am also about to get a new mobile from work a Nokia N95 this is not listed as compatible I spoke to LR technical who basically said if it isn't on the list then it may not work 
Has anyone tried one?

If you have PTI then the N95 connects fine via Bluetooth  21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

Thanks for that which is what I would have expected, but neither Land Rover or Nokia seem that confident pherhaps it is just that they don't think it will have full functionality.
Also what is the story with the cradles they do not appear to exist?
I may be making this all a little complicated, I get the car Friday so will see what is available with my N70 and will know a little more of what the Disco can do with the Phone.

Nokia 6600, 9300, N95, Samsung D600 and Z720 all work fine with voice dialling/bluetooth/PTI based on my own experience. You may not get full functionality (sim phonebook sharing) but I've just added the 20 or so most commonly dialled numbers with voice name tags and it works like a dream. I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

Land Rover are just in the process of issuing a TSB bulletin

This wil allow the following
Disco3 / LR3 ALL VEHICLES FITTED WITH FACTORY FIT PTI
Vin Range 000256 - 449068
Range Rover Sport ALL VEHICLES FITTED WITH FACTORY FIT PTI
Vin Range 900109 - 128369...( i think this vin should say 000109-128369) but that's what it says on the TSB
FFR (LM) Range Rover ALL VEHICLES FITTED WITH FACTORY FIT PTI
Vin Range 180214 - 264336
The customer requests phonebook over bluetooth feature.
Note
This feature is at the request of the customer only, and must be charged to the customer. The download time takes approx 50 mins.
Please ensure that the customer phone supports this feature by reffering to the Land Rover approved phone list.
This feature will enable a Land Rover approved bluetooth phone to display the phone's internal contacts (phonebook) and/or call stacks on the vehicle display. These can then be dialled using the vehicle interface.

After all this time I am still not connecting my N95 via bluetooth to 08 D3 HSE:oops: the phone has connected once, so thought it was sorted, but when I came back to the car the next day it appeared to connect (phone fitted) but no sound etc.
Have spoken to the dealer but no joy any idea's,

It may be the phone - check this has latest or compatible software. Had similar problem with a Nokia with a previous car (not LR) struggled for ages with connectivity problems. When phone upgraded to same model with updated software it worked perfectly from day 1. So it may not be the Disco's fault  ALTERNATIVES...............No alternatives for off-road capability.
If you want Surrey plush, go for a Range Rover. If you want Manchester bling it's the Range Rover Sport. But if it's a seven-seat, go anywhere 4x4, it's time to Disco.
