Clunk @ 36 seconds and onwards

I can only trigger this driving at low speed lock to lock. Can't replicate with the car stationary.

Can't find any movement in suspension components. All have fewer than 50k miles on them. Car drives fine and feels tight.

Driveshafts are original so have 210k on them :-p

Disregard.

It was the front lower arm bolt / adjustment.

Last garage to do the alignment obviously didn't torque them correctly... again. Luckily I marked with a paint pen so could see movement.

This is the 2nd time this has happened to me at different highly rated garages.

I was just going to suggest it might be movement in the lower arm. Most "garages" do not understand the need for torqueing the bolts to 275Nm, and I recall one wheel alignment centre telling me their torque wrench didn't go that high. FFS Rolling with laughter Rolling Eyes

They fail to recall this suspension system is designed to raise and lower, so the bolts must be extremely tight or the centre bush will become loose in the housing.

You'll need to get it on a 4 poster and once the suspension has settled torque the caster and camber bolts to 275Nm. Thumbs Up
