Another aur suspension issue
Scratching my head trying to figure out the cause of an issue with the air suspension. Starting last christmas I was getting a suspension fault after a minute or two of driving. I plugged in my IID tool and it said something about slow flow rate. I bought a maintenance kit for the compressor and serviced the compressor (it really needed doing). However, this didn't fix the problem. I've just returned to trying to fix it now. I bought a seal replacement kit for the front and rear valve blocks. I fitted the rear. No issues there. For the front however, one of the solenoids was fused into it's housing. It was impossible to remove. I bought a reproduction front valve block from Ebay and fitted that. Everything was plumbed up but still the same issue/fault.
Unforrtunately my car was broken into earlier in the year and a bunch of stuff was taken including the IID tool, so I don't have access to a diagnostic tool anymore. Therefore I'm not sure if it's a new problem or just the old one. If i has to guess, it seems the original issue remains.
When raising the car the back goes straight up but the front takes an age to raise. It also won't raise past normal height. But will raise from low to normal.
When I put the car in off road mode, the car reports it is in extended mode which is odd. The console, dash and nav also seem report conflicting messages at various times.
I dont believe there is a badg leak as the car does not lower or sag, even when left for a couple of days. I'm assuming the compressor is fine as the rear operates as expected?
Could it be a calibration issue? Could it be the centre distribution valve block?
Any ideas what to check?D3 SE with Hankook MT 275/65/R18, IID BT Tool, ProSpeed rock/tree sliders + compressor guard, RLD sump guard & winch tray + 13,000lb hidden winch, Gearbox guard, Frontrunner 80l aux tank with fuel gauge, V8 brake upgrade, Traxide USI-160 dual battery system, Frontrunner ladder, custom boot storage, Lazer LED driving lights, de-cat exhaust, Aftermarket Oro TPMS, i7 Mac Mini touch screen install (running Windows 10) mirrored on rear screens.

Did you change the "delivery valve" on the compressor head? (spare original LR parts LR020590)

In my case the service kit has had no effect until i changed that valve (not included in the kit)
Anyway, if the car goes in extended mode while offroad height is requested you need to check (on live data section of iidtool) the height sensor values and if they are plausible you need to calibrate them - Easy-Lift suspension module 4.0
- GoodWinch 9500 lb
- Full underbody protections
- Tree/Rock sidebars
- Prospeed roofrack & ladder
- Compressor guard
- Raised Air Intake
- Driving lights (2+4)
- 50 mm Waffle boards
- Altox Heater control
- Overland Rooftop Tent
- Rear seats entertainment
- Front & Rear camera
- GVIF
- Removable tow bar
- Cubby box fridge
- BFG KO2 265/65R17
- iidTool BT

I had a similar situation earlier this year.
Slow / very slow to go up, and suspension error In a few seconds. Maintainance done on the compressor and valve blocks, still no joy. However, when rebuilding the compressor I saw the cilinder had some scratches on the walls. I sanded it with 2000 grit sandpaper, but after the rebuild, still got the error. So I just ordered a new piston + seals + cilinder, and fitted it.
Now it works perfect.
So, for me, the very slow raise on the front, was because the compressor wasn't getting up to pressure (and there were no major leaks). I used the live values of the gallery pressure to see how fast the pressure was building up.
