Suspension air hose replacement

Hi all, apologies if I'm asking a question that's already been answered.

I have managed to blow a hole in one (or possibly 2) suspension air lines at the back of the car. I'm looking to replace these rather than splice them. From what I can find online, it looks like you can buy individual hoses that are pre shaped, but many of them seem very expensive (over £100 in some cases for a single hose).

I've spoken to a local LR specialist garage who have told me that you can't do it any other way, but I don't see why it's not possible to either shape a length of standard air hose, or buy aftermarket ones pre formed without spending hundreds.

Ideally I'm hoping to replace all the hoses in time, but I can't find a way to do it without a 2nd mortgage! I'm hoping that someone might have more knowledge and experience on this than I do.

Thanks in advance for any guidance

Just add a joiner and it will be fine. The hoses do not need replacing and have proven to be robust.

If you want to replace sections or splice have a look here. Thumbs Up https://www.advancedfactors.co.uk/air-tubes--connectors-12802-c

I've managed to create my own airline problem while changing the rear suspension arms over the weekend.

I've ordered a length of pipe, and some straight 6mm connectors to allow me to replace a section, but I've also some M10 fittings to allow me to replace a whole pipe,

I'm hoping to get this done either Thursday evening or on Saturday, I'll let you know how it went once I've had a play.

I resolved my air leak today on two of the plastic lines.

One was resolved by a small section of 6mm pipe and 2 straight connectors, the other pipe ran from the rear valve block across to the OSR air bag, I made this line up with a threaded fitting and a couple of 90 degree joiners to allow me to route it neatly

Really straightforward and easy to use, I wouldn't consider buying pipes, especially not at LR prices, I'd really recommend just finding some good quality pipe and push fit connectors.
