Message Centre died this morning. |
|
My message centre stopped this morning. I was driving along quite happily, looked at the display and it said EXT 4C, now I know the temp was well above 4 this morning.
I pressed the button on the end of the stalk and nothing appeared, even changing the TR settings did not bring any message up, although the TR was functioning as the 4x4 screen confirmed it.
I stopped and turned off the engine and removed the key, EXT 4C was still showing after everything else shut down.
Left for 10 minutes, came back, started her up and back to normal.
Never seen this before, and probably won't again, but thought I'd post it incase anyone gets it.
Everything else seemed to work normally.

When my steering wheel slip ring failed everything reset including the speedometer, fuel guage and trip. The car went back to 0 miles as well and MPG went to about 60. Oh and the cruise control failed to clear or reset.

'Ow do yer ken that these 350 folk aren't just trying to sell one Disco so that they can buy another - as they like it so much. At end of day, this is pretty speculative in my honest opinion.
Also, why Maya Gold - is it because it is the same colour as hellenic honey?

Nah , just cause it's not silver or black
Could be Greenee though, but I was thinking it goes with sand und mud, desert und Africa. Forgot I was living in Greece for a moment. Time showed it's not so bad though. It has many black areas too that break the "golden" color. Not to mention that it goes perfect with my house (exactly the same color!), or the golden sun of Greece. I think those are many reasons LR3 TDV6, Base 7-seat, Alpine roof, rear locking diff.
