Yes, I dealt with Chris initially ages ago at LR CS (assuming it is a male and there is only one) a very very nice guy. Still waiting for his answers. He replied once, then never came back to me and now I have another higher official of LR helping.

No, but I have had dealings with Wendy in customer services.
I wrote way back in January. Unfortunately, it came to nothing. They asked me to write a letter describing the exact sequence to make the FBH work using the radio as the trigger, I did this and got an email thanking me for my assistance, and that customer input was greatly appreciated! When I chased them for an answer, I got a reply that it was still being looked into by Land Rover.
The email was from Wendy, and the email address was from Jaguar cars in Coventry.
Sadly I am unable to pursue this now, as all my notes and paperwork and the case number along with all my emails and address books were lost in my recent burglary.
I think I may have disclosed this detail to other forum members in the past? If I did, perhaps they could PM me the info back, as I do wish to take this further.
