Just got our D3 back from GS Leeds after it being in for some work on finding a leak that was causing the front passenger footwell and areas under treadplates on same side to be completely soaked in water - wiring under treadplates was submerged in about 2" of water 
Car went in Monday gone (time for them to find leak etc) so we have had a D3 courtesy car for which there was no hassle getting (no contacting insurance company etc) just needed copies of our Driving licenses for GS own insurance  .
Leak was found and a repaired (will monitor) under warranty so no cost (phew!) - thanks to Holly on service team for a pain/hassle free visit.
Also priced up a 30k service whilst there, £422 all in (but wouldn't be charged that  ) , which I didn't think was too bad (service due in November)
