Just like to say thanks to Bryan and his team at Town and County for the recent work they carried out.Warranty niggles sorted and brake recall done and a wee pre Tunisia check over as well.

I was kept informed throughout the process which i think goes along way when you are worried when you are getting the vehicle back.

I know people have moaned in the past,me included,but Bryan in my opinion is making a difference to customer service and satisfaction.Keep up the good work Thumbs Up Thumbs Up Its not the height of the fall but the sudden stop at the bottom that hurts!!

I would agree about Bryan at T & C, however I have a fault at the moment which they cannot resolve and I beleive they are fobbing me off as well as lying about things they have tried.
I will replace the item they say is the fault first before I share the whole story with you, watch this space.

Recently had D3 in at town and county Bryan organised it all whilst i was abroad they even called to ask if he could keep it a second day to complete recall work.

I had planned to have the D3 serviced outside aberdeen due to previous experiences with other brands in town but the service i've had of bryan in the past for warranty work meant that i decided to stay local.

Sorry to say but I had a similar issue & likewise have an absolutely horrendous story to tell Evil or Very Mad Extended periods to complete work (as encountered by ZV) have been a regular occurrence for me as well....

to be fair on the extended periods front ....the car was booked in for a service and T&C called to ask if they could complete the two recalls when it was in as they were aware i was away on business. for me this was a positive rather than negative point. Visiting from rrsport.co.uk
