Brodit mount & Tom Tom holder
Looking to fit the mount below to the left of the radio. 1st pic is the mount which does charger and TMC cable, 2nd is the mount to fix to the car. I'm not sure how well this will fit as it does not seem to be screwed into the radio fixings like the Dashmount bracket. Anyone any experience either with this combo or just the mount???

Having a look at those now, they have a mount for the 720 so looks like the best way. Mrs DSL is concerned that the passanger would not be able to see the screen as she thinks I can't cope with driving and playing with the satnav at the same time.
Might bend the mount back a bit so she can see it if it's pushed her way.

Have been looking at the mount you suggest Wiggs (as an alternative to the Brodit combination) but admit to being a bit nervous about trying to get the trim off to fix it! I'm certainly not 'ham fisted' but whenever I tackle jobs like these I seem to manage to snap fixings etc.

No worries taking that trim off around the radio! Will be very difficult at first, you'll have to use "this is gonna break" amount of pull but it will come off OK. Just pull the 2 "legs" out, hinges from the top.

Go for it ...i have removed the surround about 30 times and never broke any of the clips ..
As DSL said ..it will be very tight the first time you try to get it offG4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Wiggs, where did you get the mount you have ? Also the Brodit one is not screw fixed is it ?

yep thats the place, bout £15 and you can bend them a little. I use one for my Parrot Kit. Easy fit and very strong
