Beachboy - did they charge you for the BT update?
We just bought a (used 07) Disco HSE from them, collected last Saturday, works with my Nokia but the wife's blackberry needs the firmware update - as per TSB elsewhere on here, would be interested to know if they charged you the hours labour that LR recommend?...

Just had the last service and first MOT done at Lancaster Reading just before the warranty was due to expire. Lots of warranty work needed including lower ball joints, front & back bushes, steering rack and transmission. Even got a new steering wheel as my old one had gone sticky!
Great service and work from Lancaster - I'll definitely use them again.
(so good, I extended the LR warranty for another year!)
It was a 3 day job but the change is incredible. Like having a new car. The magic carpet ride is back, smooth and completely knock free. Gone too was that vague steering and vicious tram-lining that had started to annoy on the motorway. 2005 D3 HSE

Lancaster have the LRX in tonight by the way, we got an invite in the post (its invite only allegedly) but can't go, but if anyone wants to see an LRX might be a good evening to "drop by" for some reason or other!

Had my 15k service yesterday, £315 icl, car picked up, delivered back mid afternoon.
All good stuff.
Couple of things sorted under warranty which I never realised were defunct, new rear wiper arm and one of my fogs had gone kuput.
Cheers Doug Welcome "Lola"
