ISTR standard D3 rims are stamped with 940kg, presumably stormers would need to be the same or very close as the RRS doesn't weigh much less Confused

Thanks guys. hopefully Ronp or Al will be along to confirm. Thankfully they have not been fitted so I can return them but I have a feeling 690KG is way too low.

Genuine RRS wheels rated at 900kg (V spoke 20"'s ceratinly were, as are the 19" RRS's I'm running now)
Genuine D3 19"'s are 940kg

both were stamped into the casting

Al

PS, there is a 20" stormer style wheel that is availible for the VW transporter, you havnt been given these have you ?

So tires have a higher load rating than rims.
Comforting to know that LAND ROVER prefere rims to collapse before tires Shocked

Does this means that we are buying expensive tires for no reason?
