I have an Australian SE which does not have the 12v and Aux input socket in the rear of the box between the driver and passengers seat ( ie accesible from the second row) and I would like to fit one there I seem to remember there were posts about this a while ago but I have been unable to find it, can anyone post the info again or provide a thread to the original, thanks.

I think I know the thread you mean, but can't find it either. However, I've just done this on mine, and the loom and connector for the 12v was there already, and just needed plugging in. - Jeff K -

Did you mean this one? Dr. Ian Malcolm:
"Yeah, but your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn't stop to think if they should."
Transgenic tomato anyone?

Yep, that was the one I was thinking of. Amazing the Aus SE model doesn't have this as standard when people say the UK S model does! - Jeff K -
