17" Beadlock wheels - feedback

Good morning all,

Newbie here trying to learn about wheel and tire combo's for LR3's.. We're looking at building a set of custom 17" beadlocks here across the pond. A very simple 17" steel wheel with locks. I understand that one might not want to take an LR3 to an area where the terrain requires beedlocks but, we're building it up as a sort of off-road concept vehicle for SEMA. So - as you know about SEMA, anything goes! Smile

Can anyone confirm if there are any weird sensors, ABS rings, etc...inside the standard wheels?

Any feedback or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks,

J

Nothing inside the std wheels. Only option is for TPMS but as you know, that's on the air valve stem.

ABS rings are not on the wheel. Thumbs Up

J, there is nothing inside the standard rims but if you haven't already considered these you might like to look at Staun products (not a recommendation, I have only read about them) here. www.staunproducts.com/

The old girl is on her third engine...
* first ran a bearing (design failure in original engine)
* second had a failure of the water outlet on top of the engine (pls check yours)
