Nokia N96

Has anyone used the new N96 with their Disco yet?
I got the new phone today, but haven't as yet tried it in the car.. Previously had an HTC Diamond and it was garbage.. Worked via BT but the phone generally was crap!
Hoping for a better all-round package with the Nokia.
Now, back to drinking!

not a prob at all
or are you asking about using it with the landrover bluetooth?

The N95 works well with the 06 landrover bluetooth, so a reasonable guess that the N96 will as well. Whistle I'm on a whisky diet. I've lost three days already.

got my N96 beginning of the week and have used the LR BT with no problem at all. Really clear and connects straight away.

Mine is an July 06. Anybody know if the BT can be upgraded to get the phone book from sim.

well don't get an E71

Big Cry was going to get my N96 the day they were released but some a Censored hole decided we would be better off with the E71 instead. So it works OK with the Disco3 but apart from that it's (IMHO) a pile of poo.
Stupid unusable sized keyboard. Unreadable text (especially email) What a load of Censored
rant over Very Happy
