Can I keep auxiliary sockets on even when keys removed and vehicle locked. I know the dangers of running battery low, thats no prob. ? V8i disco3 HSE

Not off standard aux plugs . They go off with the ignition . I suggest a dual battery system with it's own sockets

Or connect a positive feed to the Aux sockets that are allready fitted ...rear one very easy as there is a live were the towbar electric fusebox is . G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

15 amp , third from bottom in rear LHS cubby/storage area , from memory.

As wiggs said there is apermanent live to from the trailer socket and there is a permanent live in the fuse box. This one ...although others have used the plug just below ( different spec / year models )
Tap into the purple wire on the aux / ciggy sockets G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Sorry for the hijack
But I'm going to permanently wire approx 3 or 4 items into the dash.Sat Nav ,Touchscreen , Regulator and 1 spare socket in glove box.
Would I be better to stick in a seperate fuseblock and then wire each individual item to this
or
Hardwire the positives of each item to the wire as shown and stick an inline fuse on it ?
My ( non-technical)head tells me the former would be better ?
