As i have got mine set up at the moment no (i am not using an interface box)..i have to access it via the diagnostic screen.
If i connect the interface up ( and a 12 supply from the reversing lights ) then yes it will switch over to the reversing camera automatically .G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Some boxes switch to the Reverse Cam automatically if they are connected to the CAN bus. So there is no need to run a cable from the reverse lights to the interface box. You need a connection to the CAN bus anyway to switch the input signal via the hard key below the monitor. If you like to buy a interface box, look for this type.

Yes you can connect any thing that has RCA inputs ..G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Just been reading about reverse camras etc. I would love to get one working, i have a camra and remote system but all this jargon bafals me. Can someone clarify exactly what i need and where it can be purchased, and would anybody like to fit it or how about a barter as i am a carpenter and willing to fit anything household.05,Tonga Green, SE, Black HOOD like glass, Tundra leather,AT2`s and much reading of instruction book.
