Driving to the Alps tomorrow

Well the time has come to put the D3 to the test, I have got the chains (RUD) which I hopefully wont need and I'm off to Alpe d'Huez tomorrow for a week of skiing and general fun. Thanks to all who helped with the snow chains issues:
when I collected my chains RUD UK had the LR part number "VUJ00020" Stickers and LR fitting instructions ready for packing with chains. Yes they are OE to LR and yes they have about the same clearence between chain and steering arm as Nickhearne's pictures show.

The link is details of a 4x4 event that is on until Sunday, I'm hopeing to have some pictures to post on my return.

Cheers all.
Some say the glass is half full. Others that it is half empty. I say 'Are you drinking that?"
