Anyone bought one of the new Thule Ranger Roof boxes - the one that can be folded into a bag for storage - useful for those of us without a garage!!. Will it fit the standard LR roof rails or would i need one of the thule adaptor kits??. Any help would be appreciated as we need one for the bank holiday weekend. For more info see:

Just looked at the Thule guide - if you select the Discovery 04- then it gives conflicting information on compatability Discovery 3 tdv6 7 seat Buckingham Blue
Had it since new - sold Jun 17 after 12 years and 214,000 miles

Had one for 2 yrs & a rigid box before that.
Much prefer the bag, easier to store when on hols etc& takes a fair amount.
Not used with bars as I have a rack (cable ties & straps).
Looking to get a set of the inner individual bags.
Paid £80 off eBay.
A tad noisier than a rigid box but benefits to me outweigh that
Hope that helps. Paul.
