Help please re Tyres
My tyres have got about 2k miles left in them (I've done 30k on them) and I'd like to change to something which will suit the occasional trip to Tong or Kielder without being too chunky on the road.
I'm sure you'll be able to suggest exactly what I need, where I can get the best deal, etc

Make sure you tell them if your on 18 or 19" rims.
I reckon they'll say AT2 for 18......
prob ATR for 19 if you don't want to go the whole hog for MTR'sBodsys Brake Bible

Just out of interest is that meaning you do not like the chunky look or you do not want on road performance to be compromised It might help you get more appropriate responses if you can clarify
For the record I like the chunky look for tyres on a D3, mine is on AT2's and the road holding is not perceivably different to scorpions I had on previously. If you normally drive sensibly, then you should have no problems.

I like the chunky look but mainly do motorway miles so don't want too much road noise.
My wheels are 18" - does that have a big bearing on what's available?2013 D4 HSE Luxe in Indus Silver

As for noise, there is less road noise from the AT2's than there was with Wrangles or Scorpions
They look good on the D3 too

What's the MPG effect of AT2s compared to, say, Wrangler road tyres? It's fairly minor isn't it?2007 Porsche Boxster (987) 2.7
