Yes Wind Deflectors, got them off of E Bay from,

They do give an increase in wind noise when driving, but at the least you can open the window without getting soaked. Also a plus if you are a smoker.
And at approx one third the price of genuine one's, well if you can get them.
these one's fit into the actual frame, instead of the one's with the 3M tape, that stick to the outside of the door at the glass.
