I'm sure someone can do similar for less, its not rocket science, its just finding a manufacturer small enough to build a prototype.......ummm,
90 bhp can you take some photo's not looking to replicate but looking for a steer on the base fitting

Have LR modified the later D3's in any way as I can't see the cable, reach it with my hands (sausage fingers) or see how you could get bolt cutters into the right position to cut the cable? I don't have the creative mind of a wheel thief though.

Why not cut the top off a 5 gallon oil drum, drill a center hole and paint with a decent exterior paint like Hammerite. No I've never been on Blue Peter

not cheap, and a poor color choice - should be black so it doesn't stand out like a sore thumb , although i gather you can't acutally see it when fitted Gone: Java Black TDV6, Auto, HSE - yum, yum (Gone: 96' V8 ES Charleston Green, 96 V8 ES Black)
