maybe that reads wrong. It will have 19" but is it worth changing to 16" wheels to get a good tyre.

19" is the way to go if you want MTR's, if buying new you will need to buy an HSE or source additional rims to get 19" !
The smallest wheel that will fit the D3 is 17".
The link you have been given above to the site wiki area should contain all the info you need

hi
just do it mate
best thing i ever did and joining the forum was a good move too
the lads and lasses on here are a brill lot, they know everything about the car and whats best to do with it.
i've learned loads
then pluck up courage and take it off road ie Tong.you will be astounded at what it can do
you could also go to a local meet[time and date will be posted]and meet the guys and girls on the other end of the keyboard.
buy some stickers too then go spotting and try letting on to other d3 drivers, alot let on back but there are alot out there who are just miserable ba rds
most of all enjoy your car
as tony the tiger said "theyre gggrrreeeaaatt!!"
i dont believe i just said that, how naf

So much to learnt here. cheers guys. I was convinced I'd see a set of black aftermarket wheels for th D3 that were 16" but nevermind. So ive see the pics on Duncs D3. What are they like for daily drive? do you change over unless off roading?

i keep em on all the time
they are a bit noisy on the road/motorways but i got used to that
cant be a d swapping all the time but others do
i either just turn the volume up or just mute the radio and listen to the noise of the tyres.it becomes quite comforting
