NFU Renewal
Just had my renewal papers though and my premium has gone down for both vehicles and I am only paying £400 for fully comp, business (both me and the wife) inc 2 years GAP cover and off road cover.
Not too bad I say for a D3

My NFU renewal wasnt any different from last year (£550, business use, me and missus to drive, protected NCB, and they wanted at 10% premium uplift due to me having 20" RRS alloys on), so shopped around, got a deal via Adrian Flux, same cover, excesses, no uplift for the alloys, etc, for £447, so wont be renwing with NFU after 6 years of staying loyal. When I aske them why premiums were "higher" (I'd also cleared 50 this year), I was told it was due to all the payouts they'd made due to the flooding last year.

mine's more than yours Simon, apparently living in half an hours proximity of Reading counts against me
but did get the mutual discount and a repeat business discount from the nice lady at NFU so a fist load of travellers cheques cheaper than LR insurance still

Well it does depend on where you live Steve... rural country folk have to have some benefits over the city folk and all their amenities
