Actually took it off road today!
Not major off roading, but while shooting Sunday morning I spotted a good crop of elderberries and sloes for a bit of wine/ sloe gin making! Gates were locked so had to drive through the woods to get to them, so here's a few pics!

good job you have all that 4 wheel drive, Terrain Response, Low Ratio, air Suspension etc..., without it you may have got stuck
Nice photos though Duncan

Ahhh...come on guys...give the man a break. We all had to start some time...
Think you need to change those tyres to some STT's or Kumho's if you are going to use that route often...
(sorry - couldn't resist... )The next American ex-pat that calls it a "truck" is going to find out what 2.7 tons feels like on their foot...

Nice ones James.....glad you enjoyed yourself....instead of the TR knob, you could have just used the cruise control setting for that track.....
I was going to take the pi$$ a bit more, but I'm still in shock after reading Trev's comment

Fair play to you J@mes - small steps and all that
It's more off-road than the supermarket car park.
Although I'm not sure if 'rope burns' carries the same kudos as bramble rash.... I see no ships........

My eldest son modified a carbon fibre sump guard from an evo so that it would fit a mondeo rally support vehicle, perhaps one could be modded for use on this track! My lane to my house is worse than these pics and if I take the track through the field my spare wheel gets dunked in sh*te in a big bomb hole. The valeters laughed at me today and went to get a shovel for when they finished. But as someone said on here you have to start somewhere.
Anyone out there who wants a good challenge can come and play in my woods, only 4 acres but very sticky. Get a group together and come see - the fee is a donation to derian house children's hospice. Anyone like big bonfires then 7th nov would be a good time to play and then enjoy the fireworks later.Honestly Marge, I wouldn't have done it if I thought you would find out!
