remove price adhesive from windscreen

Hi all,

I have a new disco and every time it rains you can read the forecourt price on the windscreen, there must be some adhesive left over from the stickers although it doesn't feel sticky to the touch. anyone got any good tips for getting this off?

cheers

cheers guys,

Clay Bar sounds like a winner, haven't heard of that before but a quick google looks like it might do the job.

Could be worse!
A business owner here rented a shop that used to be a sex shop and whenever it was cold the lettering from the prevoius business showed up. Shocked

WD40 seems to work on most adhesives.

Have you just tried rubbing the 'sticky bits Embarassed ' with white spirit and some kitchen paper? This usually removes any traces of adhesive and leaves the glass clean and non-greasy.
