Quick question after test drive |
|
Hi all,
Took a test drive in a D3 HSE over the weekend and was mightly impressed! I have a question though that the dealer couldn't answer -
Does the TR always revert to "normal road" once you switch off the ignition or does it stay in the last used setting?
Regards,
N. Always forgive those who p*ss you off, but never forget their names......

I think Snow stays as you left it but the others revert to normal after about 4 hours of being turned off.

BCP is correct. Grass Gravel and Snow remains, as do any manually selected suspension or transfer box settings.

Ahhh...
Thanks guys.
I've been a little concerned that the whole TR thing is a bit too complex for the missus, so I was hoping that the settings would revert to standard.
Oh well, I guess she'll just have to get used to it Always forgive those who p*ss you off, but never forget their names......

No, I was concerned that I'd leave it in a non-standard setting and she wouldn't know how to sort it out.
It's not a problem, I'll just have to make sure I always set it back Always forgive those who p*ss you off, but never forget their names......
