passanger side brake light faulty
i just noticed that my passanger side brake light was not working so i have changed the bulb and still no joy the side lights still work fine and the indicator is fine to so i then looked in the manual for the fuse which i believe to be f15 15 amp but thats fine if its the correct fuse,but i would of thought it would be ok as the drivers side works fine and im sure thy would share the same fuse,i may be wrong? is there anything any one can suggest or help me? many thanks

Tis the same fuse ..are you trying to fit an LED bulb by any chance ?G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

no its not an led bulb it looks the same as the one i took out a 12v 21w p21

And you are changing the top bulb , not the bottom ..as only the top one is the brake light .
Dual filament bulb ..try and refit it incase you have pushed it in with the pins round the wrong way.
Other than that , a multimeter and some one to press on the brake pedal for yaG4 Gone ...but not forgotten

yeah the bulb was in the correct way as it will only go in one way,but just checked with a bulb off the works defender and that works fine so the new bulb was faulty! well annoying! thanks for all the help any way appreciate it loads,this forum has always helped fix faults fantastic people keep up the good work
