Light steering

Haven't driven the wife's disco for a while but when i did the other day the steering felt very light and it seemed to pull to the left and was hard to keep in a staight line at higher speed Whistle . Also at low speed when using a tight lock there was a small clunck when turning right Question any idea's

The clunk on full lock sounds like the stops need greasing, do a search on here or wait for one of the experts to turn up to confirm Thumbs Up

Sounds like it might be my problem, namely worn out lower suspension arm bushes, especially at the rear. As the rear of the control arm can move a few degrees, it wanders (your sigh speed experience) and it seems to make the steering light. When you put lock onto it, it will "click" over from one side to the other.
