Despite ALL promises in the past, and promises yesterday, I ordered rear brake pads from them solely cos I have funds on paypal that I can only withdraw on a fee or buy something, otherwise I would have bought from TLO.
The guy said, type a message that I had spoken to him and its guarenteed NEXT DAY, this I did and now have a D3 that I canny use till they turn up.
I cannot recommend them, I ordered a AQUA carrier last year and it took 3 months, now this........
Lost my custom completely

Sorry i totally disagree
Duckworth have been more than helpful with me and ive never had a problem with them...Most of the problems have been the parts waiting list with Land Rover
Who did you speak to at Duckworths?
It may not be here fault it could be down to the post or courier

Could very well be Matt, but I was quoted Guarenteed Next Day Signed For, but like you said could very well have been out of stock.
I purchased last year the Aqua carrier, Ebayed and said 10 available, like the pads yesterday said 5 available, but with the Aqua carrier I was told they were waiting for LR stock, so therefore their listing was wrong.
Should I doubt them on their available quantitys?, nah, I am a customer that paid for a service that AGAIN was let down, coincidence ? nah, just the usual tosh blah blah blah.
Shall never use again

thought you would Iain, I looked at the rear pads yesterday and thought I would replace them too as I could'nt find the squeak for sure. Was it the front or rear?, so I ordered though TLO the likely source, and once home I thought well as it was up on stands I may as well do the rears. Hence its still on stands

Never dealt with Duckworth LR 'web sales' but I'm quite happy to recommend them for phone sales or workshop ability, suggest you contact someone from their management team as listed on the 'official' LR contact pages?

Have always delt with Gary, nice bloke.
Has always done me right.
They list on fleabay the LR RAI, but they don't have them in either.

Thats where their problems lie, they should NOT list the items they need to order from suppliers when clearly they say quantity available on ebay
