So I've been under the D3 a bit while doing my winch install and I noticed some problems. First thing is the dealers seemed to have for got to install some bolts in the plate to access the oilfilter when doing the oil change, or atleast didnt tighten them.
The thing is I saw this picture in the galleries.
And I dont have that plate on mine at all?!?!? is it just an option or could they of forgot to fit that when replacing my catilytic converter?Sceen name use to be "wantsanlr3"

Can some one please confirm that there is supoosed to be a skid plate in this location? I could swear it was there when I bought it. I just cant imagine the dealer being so bad as to forget it, but maybe...Sceen name use to be "wantsanlr3"

There should be a smallish metal plate near the front (gets covered by the Mantec sump guard when fitted), another larger metal plate behind that and finally a plastic plate behind that one

I made oil change yesterday and I saw a skid plate in this location (as I can recognize )
seeyaD3 chawton white 2005 4.0 V6, GG AT2 and it's just the beginning..

Thanks guys. The dealer called me today and apologized and will replace them as soon as I can bring it in and offered 50% off my next service. If they for get to put this type of stuff back on I'm not sure I really want them to be doing my servicing anymore... sadly the next closest dealer is like 1.5hr away Sceen name use to be "wantsanlr3"
