Price; £370 (without rear pads)
Good communication, asked them to check EGR's which they did replacing the left hand one under approved used warranty. This was done without calling me.
Called me and asked if I would like to change the rear pads (3mm) or should they do it
The car was washed but not cleaned out inside, not bothered about that.
Got a bottle of oil for topping up left in the car Till I saw the price

Didn't moan (laughed) when I took the loaner back covered in mud
Bad points; didn't find the problem with the rear offside door latch, tried the rear door instead 
but ordered the latch straight away and re-booked the car along with an apology.
So all in all a good service, it is a small dealership and you can chat to the mechanics so I suppose this helps. Club Pie n Pea
