Problems viewing site when mobile |
|
Occasionally I find I cannot view the disco3 site from my mobile. I'm trialling an Android device, so would normally suspect that given that it's pre-production, however I never have any trouble with the disco3 site and the device over wifi and other sites seem to work ok.
Strangely disco4.com seems to work....
The mobile network is Orange.

Andy,
I'm afraid I can't do a lot without much more information - by "cannot view" what do you mean? Are you getting any error messages or behaviour which you can let me know about?
DISCO4 and DISCO3 are exactly the same site, running on the same server from the same code, so there doesn't immediately appear to be a reasoning behind it.

Any issues with the site let me know!

Android is Google's open source mobile operating system. 1st seen in the G1 from T-Mobile and now other handsets.
Also being used for NetBooks.
Latest handset to use this OS is the Hero from HTC... looks very cool and has a very slick UI

Looks like it was the browser getting its knickers in a twist with disco3. All well again now.
The Hero is a REAL iPhone contender. Many have claimed the title but this is the first to be close or even surpass it, in my opinion.

If the Hero works with the LR BTooth PTI it may well be my next handset on Orange
Only downer with it I see is the rubbish video recording - very low res from what I can gather from the web.
