IMO the mount is not up to the job, I know this as I have one and failed.....
but have not the balls to show it Thumbs Up

may I suggests a better investment in one of these......


I have one of these and its the dogs
from Manfrotto the part nos. I'll try to sort for you....
and can be bought from DogCam Sport http://www.disco3.co.uk/forum/topic17785.html

it is a very stable platform to mount your camera on and has not failed me.....Yet (touch wood)
