I got a dog guard for £20 off fleabay, I knew it had no fixing kit, thought "my local dealer will sell me one" But no, " These come with the guard, we can't order them on there own" second dealer never got back to me...
I got a LR fixing kit from a very nice man at brit.car,co . Have dealers never heard of customer service? It may not have been a large sale but I would have been in there store "anything else for you today sir?" etc, etc.
