Are the D4 xenons plug and play as with the D3 or not. if so does anybody know how much a set are? Reason i am asking is that I was looking to place an order but cannot get the colour i want with the xenons on and factory order could be a long way off. the next option is to buy a D4 with H4 lights and retro fit Xenons.
Any thoughts or ides? MY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange

Im in the same situation. Being that the halogens come with projector style hedlamps i think the best option will be to get some high quality upgrade kit.  350miles and cant wait to do more.

Does anyone have any experiance with the aftermarket kits or recomend one. From what i have read 6000K is the colour temp close to factory Xenons. 350miles and cant wait to do more.

There is no reason why the standard xenons should not be an exact replacement for the halogens, as with the D3. That doesn't mean the LEDs will work, however.

Thanks winger. yeah i have my head around the LED thing now and will wait untill some one works out a solution as sure it will happen. Being that im only getting a GS could not justify the 900 pound bright pack on top of the factory xenon.
Again just trying to work out the best way of getting the car i want. Or as close as possiable without remortgaging. 350miles and cant wait to do more.
