Turned up at Harwoods at 09:00 this morning to report my power problem...
The service manager's thoughts were the same as the forum's....EGR valves.
Despite them being busy, they took my car in, sorted a lift to work even though I'd missed the "bus", diagnosed the fault and got a replacement EGR valve in from another of their workshops, gave the car a good wash inside and out and had it ready for me at 17:30...
 Martin and the team at Harwoods Basingstoke...

lucky you, mine took almost two days to replace not mentioning a few days to deliver and a few of mine phone calls to make sure they ordered it lol'
