Well after reading Wiggs advice about Stratstone Bury , I had an intermitent fault with drivers door not locking.I did ring another dealer a bit closer to me ,but was not impressed with their initial customer service. Stratsone Bury where in a different class,so booked in for check. I arrived and said the fault seemd to have cleared ,but they said this was a warranty issue and they would check the door. They found the fault and replaced the door lock and washed the car .
Very impressed with theor attitude and service.

I have used Stratstone for a long time (Erdington) which is actually a Jaguar dealership (we've had Jag's as the wife's car for years) and I have known the Dealer Principal there for a long time. The thing with Stratstone is they are a large group and my pal can get almost any car I want from group stock. My D3 came down from Dundee and the whole experience was very easy.
Also, I take it to him for servicing etc and his drivers take it to the nearest Stratstone LR dealer whilst I get to play in stuff like XKR's for the day. See here http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/forum/show...ght=dsolds
