I just spent about half an hour on the phone to Landrover customer service department.
after owning my SE for about a month and being in possesion of it for about a fortnight due to faults they have agreed to give me some goodwill.
The gesture they have passed on is a nice £250 discount I can use at any dealership. I think I may be buying some mudflaps and a bootliner .... or should I get some lamp guards ....... choices choices...!
I am impressed with the way LR have taken ownership of a customer problem and woould recommend anyone in a similar position to get in touch with them (as well as kicking the dealership at the same time.....they both make money out of us after all!)D3 05 SE (old one)
