Just ordered D4 - first time to Discovery

Hi everyone - well, I've taken the plunge and ordered a new Zermatt Silver D4 HSE with ebony interior. Very Happy

I have long admired the D3, but to be honest I didn't like the engine or the interior - and now both of these have been "fixed" on the D4. I was extremely impressed when I drove one.

I'm expecting to collect the car on or around 20th September - wish me luck with it! Paul

If I sold my Gixer, my canadian canoe, my golf clubs, skis and snowboard... plus the kids, I could just about sneak in the HSE Whistle

Joking aside, I'm just uber jealous. Good on those who can afford it... I aspire to greater things and even being in a position to have a brand new GS in my driveway is something I wouldn't have thought possible 10 years ago.

As I always say..... one day - not today. If in doot, flat oot!!

Aye, saw that in tinternet a wee while back... quite eye opening. Maybe I should live for today and not tomorrow. Hang on, that's what I do anyway, hence the reason I'm buying a D4 instead of saving for private education for the kids Whistle If in doot, flat oot!!

First Discovery coming this week Discovery 4 GS 3.0 in Santorini black, very impressive over Discovery 3 i test drove, cant pick it up till end of month though, counting the days
