Neil, Thanks for your PM on this subject. You are correct to point out that you didn't take offence when your disability was ridiculed openly on the forum. I was indeed part of that and as such I think you’re correct in saying that your hair is a disability and you didn’t take offence.
With regards to my 1st post on this topic, I wasn’t actually serious, the person I was referring to provide me with the best laugh at a disco3 event. The sight of Ent, after several Stellas and a Special Brew, trying to climb the ladder into his roof tent with his wooden leg was the funniest thing I’ve seen this year. I would have tried to help, but I couldn’t as I was crying with laughter at the time!
Sorry Lee!D3 HSE MY05 Auto

Maybe also consider that Ent isn't the only site user with a similar disability 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

Blimey this is becoming a forum of disabilities.
Ok while we are being open'ish about this. I'd like to state that I fell over at school and bit through my tounge. Just in case that counts as a disability. I'm not precious about it though so do feel free to take the D3 HSE MY05 Auto

Would you not class being ginger as a disability? Surely your only one chromosome away from being a window licker? I once went down on a ginger bird and it was exactly like licking a new 9v battery, anybody else had any ginger related mishaps?Club Exped trailer

Lee,
I thought knowing you, it would have been made out of titanium! what's with the cheapo alloy?
I love striding edge, been across it many times. Helvellyn is my favourite mountain. Seen sunrise over the lake from the top of it and I've camped wild at Red Tarn in the basin at the bottom. I once carried a 8ft flag pole over striding edge - that was interesting and probably more difficult than your leg as it was actually made of wood!D3 HSE MY05 Auto
