Not a LR issue this time but a VW one had the transporter service and mot done at the usual dealer new discs pads wipers atr bushes and front drop links no problem with that lot its the 1st time its needed anything in 80k the problem is only 1 cable tie per wheel wipers both came lose clips put on the wrong way and today off side drop link came off

In a word YES.
Poor service is poor service, even if they have given top notch service for years. You paid money for a standard you did not get.

mick, see you have a transporter, is it still in warranty? has the water pump been replaced yet?
and yes i'd complain too one wife.......livid

Yes forgot about that and i need a fuel pump thats in the tank and they are on back order could be 3 days or 3 weeks

the water pumps are a well known issue with them, i had mine done after breaking down in germany, 200 miles into 1000 mile drive, it was then done AGAIN 3 months later... needless to say i got rid of it 2 months before warranty ran out..
great bit of kit otherwwise, i miss the electric sliding door.. one wife.......livid
