Guava of Guildford
Just had my second service as booked below with Guava in Guildford...
Great experience!
They took time to listen to all my issues with the D3 including quite a bit of warranty work with the usual knocking steering, loose tailgate and suspension problems. They detailed very professionally exactly what they intended to do when the car was left and I was impressed with the attitude of everyone I met.
I was even more impressed when I picked the car up later that day... all the work (service and warranty) had been done as promised, in addition to replacing a worn ball joint, and the cost was exactly what I had been quoted - £390 inc VAT & Loan car... I don't think I've ever had that with any other dealer! - The car was also spotless when I picked it up - 1st clean for many months.
Great service and nice people

Just rung around for 2nd service (auto) at only 22,000 miles, but a year since the first one...
Lost interest after that, but still saved £100 in ten mins...
and a shorter drive away as well.
Booked in next week...

I can second this...
2nd service
Very friendly service - recognising your name, car and what you're there for without you having to explain again
Done on time
Courtesy car (bright yellow Rover 200 "Streetwise" with huge "MG" down the side )
Cleaned
Technician spent time with me diagnosing a fault with a rear headphone socket
£365 all in (Guy Salmon quoted £500! )
An interesting "dealer" who act as a LR "middleman", only selling to their agents in countries with a market too small for LR to be bothered with. They get, check and forward all the cars, parts, warranty claims etc and are not allowed to sell cars in the UK. Interestingly have just sold a bunch of armoured FFRRs in one deal @~£200k Andrew

So you saved £22 + Vat on Yeovil
TBH, Yeovil wins hands down by keeping it forum, and the extra mile Nick and the team go..........and I would think Nick would source you a very nice courtosey car.
But then again I use TFC, who uses Yeovil parts, and travels to me, and beats all your prices
